  • If your order arrives damaged or if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you receive, get in touch within 14 days of your item being delivered and we’ll investigate and do everything we can to find a solution.

  • Items are printed to order so unfortunately refunds, returns and exchanges are not possible if you simply change your mind.

  • Please make sure you are certain of order details before you confirm your purchase. Packages that are returned or lost because of an incorrect address or because of unsuccessful delivery attempts or being unclaimed will result in new printing and shipping fees which will be the buyer's responsibility.

  • Yes. Please contact us if you wish to place a wholesale order.

  • No, frames are not included.

  • We have partnered with a specialist printing service not only to ensure the highest quality prints possible but because they have print shops worldwide which allows us to ship internationally and helps reduce shipping rates.

  • The stock is constantly growing. However, if there is a specific location you want that is not currently available, please contact us at hello@studiorocksalt.com to request a location.

  • Not yet, but it is something that we are looking into for the future.

  • No, all of the new (not antique or vintage) artworks are designed and created in-house at Studio Rocksalt.

  • New designs are uploaded frequently. Sign up to the Newsletter to be kept up to date.

  • All pieces are printed on 200gsm/80 lb paper, making them durable and long-lasting.

  • We use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability.
