Delivery

Orders are printed and shipped worldwide and on average are delivered within 5-7 business days. However, this estimate can increase by up to 2 weeks depending on the destination country.

Shipping estimates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking information is provided in order to locate your delivery. Please note that technological inconsistencies may affect their accuracy in some countries.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please email Studio Rocksalt at hello@studiorocksalt.com for an update.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you receive, get in touch within 14 days of your item being delivered and we’ll investigate and do everything we can to find a solution. If this happens, Studio Rocksalt will be happy to send a replacement order to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

Your order will be dispatched to the address provided in the shipping information. Please take a moment to verify the delivery address before placing your order. Any items returned or lost due to an inaccurate address, unclaimed packages or unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur new shipping charges. The responsibility for these charges lies with the buyer.

If a 'Free Shipping' promotion was applied, new fees will be determined based on the delivery destination.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within one hour of your purchase and we shall promptly process a full refund for the amount charged.

Packaging

Each product is meticulously wrapped to ensure it is suitably protected during shipping. Larger prints are carefully shipped in cardboard tubes while smaller items are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard envelopes.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, you do not need to worry about revealing prices as items are delivered without any pricing information included as standard.

Customs or Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Studio Rocksalt is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processes.

Lost Items

Before concluding that a package is lost, please allow 25 working days to ensure it has not simply been delayed. If there is no delivery after this time then please get in touch and it will be investigated.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

All of Studio Rocksalt’s products are printed to order, therefore, in line with UK and EU regulations concerning goods made to order, refunds, returns and exchanges are not possible without justification.
